Happy Wednesday everyone! For this Wellness Wednesday, I thought I’d share a few more wellness quotes I found:
I hope some of these speak to you and help you in your wellness journey. Do you have any quotes that help you as you move toward wellness? Please share!
Blessings,
~Terri
I love the idea that we don’t have to take our thoughts personally.
That’s one of my favorites too V.J.. We were in the bookstore last week and I picked up the book Mindfulness For Beginners, and as I was thumbing through it, that was the first thing I saw. It seemed to jump right off the page at me, so of course I had to buy the book.😁
I have read his work in the past. Seem to recall that it is quite applicable.
Not a quote, but more of a mantra. Today you did your best. 🌻
That’s a wonderful mantra Mishka! It’s so important for us to remember that. It’s easy to feel we’ve come up short of the mark, especially when we’re limited by pain or fatigue, but remembering that we did OUR best helps us put that feeling behind us quickly. Thanks for sharing your mantra with us!
I’ve never come across any of these quotes before, they are all lovely. I especially like the ones about not having to take our thoughts personally. Thank you so much for sharing these. xxx
Thank you so much Heather! I took several of these from books I’ve read. The one about not having to take our thoughts personally is one of my favorites also.😊 Hope you and Dizzy are doing well!
I never knew Arnie was such a fountain of life advice, I like that quote!x
Ha ha, me neither Caz! It really struck a chord with me the first time I saw it though. Strength really does come through struggle, doesn’t it? I’m glad that one spoke to you.
Thans for these uplifting words.
Thanks for reading Nina! I hope you’re doing well.
I am. Thank you. 🙂
Thank you for the constant inspiration! These are wonderful quotes. 🤗
Thanks so much Christy! I’m glad you like them!
I like all of these Terri. My own mantra is The greatest wealth is health Virgil. 🌼
Ooh, I love that one Brigid! I hope you enjoyed your staycation and are feeling rested and rejuvenated. Hugs!
It was a lovely break Terri. The highlight was going to see Evita. Brilliant. I would go again in a heartbeat. 🌼
