    1. That’s one of my favorites too V.J.. We were in the bookstore last week and I picked up the book Mindfulness For Beginners, and as I was thumbing through it, that was the first thing I saw. It seemed to jump right off the page at me, so of course I had to buy the book.😁

    1. That’s a wonderful mantra Mishka! It’s so important for us to remember that. It’s easy to feel we’ve come up short of the mark, especially when we’re limited by pain or fatigue, but remembering that we did OUR best helps us put that feeling behind us quickly.
