Some Self-Reflection Quotes For You

Do you spend much time thinking about what’s important to you and how you want to “be” in the world? Self-reflection can help us get to really know ourselves and what’s important to us, which can then help us improve our overall wellness. Taking the time to reflect on what’s really important to us can help us figure out where we should focus our wellness efforts and how we want to live our lives.

With that in mind, I thought I’d share some quotes I found about self-reflection and reflective thinking with you.

  1. Thank you! I definitely need to schedule time for self reflection on a more regular basis. All the quotes you included speak volumes of truth. As I read these I recalled times that self reflection was part of training or special class and I always was able to identify my next steps or refocus on specific priorities. Here’s to making time for self reflection.

    1. Thanks so much Sarah! Self-reflection isn’t always my favorite thing to do, because sometimes I don’t like what I find, but I find if I take the time to reflect on my values, priorities, etc., it helps me move forward. Sending love and hugs your way!

  2. Brilliant quote choices! I’m a sucker for a good quote 😉That Walsh one is fantastic and not one I’d come across before; it’s so empowering to think of it as creation rather than discovery, I love it! xx

    1. Thanks so much Caz! I loved that quote too – as I thought about it I realized just how true it is…. I always look for things I haven’t seen before, but that speak to me; I figure if they strike a chord with me, they might with other people also. Hope you have a lovely weekend sweet friend! Hugs!

    1. Thank you Mark! As I told Sarah, self-reflection isn’t always my favorite thing, because I don’t always like what I see. Of course, that’s why it’s so important – it gives us a chance to fix what we don’t like. Blessings to you dear friend!
