Welcome back to Wellness Wednesday! This week I’ve been thinking about the importance of self-reflection. It’s hard to know what we need for optimal wellness if we don’t know ourselves. Taking the time to reflect on what’s really important to us can help us figure out where we should focus our wellness efforts and how we want to live our lives.
