Happy Saturday everyone! How are you doing with your wellness goals? Are you making your wellness a priority? As we’ve talked about before, this is typically the time of year when New Year’s Resolutions go by the wayside and those wellness goals we set for ourselves may have been put on the back burner. That’s why I wanted to invite you to join the Spring Into Spring! Wellness Reset challenge.
If you were part of the One Thing for Wellness Challenge, this will be similar. We’ll do ONE THING that benefits one of the dimensions of wellness each day. The major difference will be that rather than just putting the daily posts on my Facebook page, I’ve actually started a private group for those of us who are participating.
We start March 1st, which is Monday. That’s why I wanted to make sure I invited you today. The group will last throughout the month of March. It’ll be a great place for us to remember we need to make our wellness a priority each day. It’ll also allow us to encourage and provide accountability for each other. We’ll even have a little giveaway at the end of the month.
Because this is a PRIVATE Facebook Group, I can’t link you directly to the group from here. If you’d like to join us, just drop your FB Profile Name in the comments below and I’ll send you an Invite to the group. Or if you don’t want to do that, you can search for Spring Into Spring! Wellness Reset and it should let you request to be added.
