Happy Saturday everyone! How are you doing with your wellness goals? Are you making your wellness a priority? As we’ve talked about before, this is typically the time of year when New Year’s Resolutions go by the wayside and those wellness goals we set for ourselves may have been put on the back burner. That’s why I wanted to invite you to join the Spring Into Spring! Wellness Reset challenge.
If you were part of the One Thing for Wellness Challenge, this will be similar. We’ll do ONE THING that benefits one of the dimensions of wellness each day. The major difference will be that rather than just putting the daily posts on my Facebook page, I’ve actually started a private group for those of us who are participating.
We start March 1st, which is Monday. That’s why I wanted to make sure I invited you today. The group will last throughout the month of March. It’ll be a great place for us to remember we need to make our wellness a priority each day. It’ll also allow us to encourage and provide accountability for each other. We’ll even have a little giveaway at the end of the month.
Because this is a PRIVATE Facebook Group, I can’t link you directly to the group from here. If you’d like to join us, just drop your FB Profile Name in the comments below and I’ll send you an Invite to the group. Or if you don’t want to do that, you can search for Spring Into Spring! Wellness Reset and it should let you request to be added.

Yes, I need one, Terri, but I don’t know if I have the time for this. March is already busy with many doctor appointments for my parents. When I look at all the dimensions to health in your previous post, I just feel overwhelmed.
Hey, I completely understand Kathy…. Life gets incredibly busy sometimes, doesn’t it? That’s why I designed this with only one small thing (like Eat a Green Vegetable or Do Something Creative) to do each day. What a fantastic idea, Terri! It’s very generous of you to spend your time & energy on this, and I think it could be a great way to support, inspire and encourage those of us who’re interested in giving ourselves a little reset for spring. I’ve requested to join the group 🙂

My health has taken a big blow last week. I found out I need Plasma therapy for my immune defieceny disorder. Not looking forward to that. I’ll write more as i learn more in the coming week. I was so disappointed with the call. That menas I’ll e wearing a mask forever!
Oh Mel, I’m so sorry to hear about this latest development. I’m sure it must have been hard to get the news. You’re a strong woman, and I know you’ll handle this with the determination and strength you’ve handled everything else so far. Sending hugs your way sweet friend.
It’s a bit rough getting my head around and trying to think of all the things that may change in my life Until I meet with the docotr and discuss the actual plan. Until then I have to keep my imagination under control and not do to much research and get on overload.

I keep clicking through ecent posts to see if there is one that says “dimensions of wellness”, maybe I am missing something. I would try doing the group, but if you have a specific post I should read first, I am willing to do that. My Facebook Account is “Michele Somerville” I was surprised to notice that I am not the only Michele Somerville on Facebook. Hi Michele, I’m so sorry for the confusion about the dimensions of wellness. I talk about the different dimensions in the post Wellness for Every Body. It’s the first post on the blog, or you can just click on the link above where it says dimensions of wellness and it’ll take you to it. It’s not necessary to read it before joining the group though, and I’d love to have you join us! I’ll send you a friend request (I’ve learned I can’t invite people to the group unless I’m friends with them on FB), but if you’d rather not do it that way, you can just search for Spring Into Spring Wellness Reset and request to join. I look forward to seeing you there!
